We at Canary WaterSports strive to provide our clients with the best experiences possible. However, we understand that circumstances may lead to the need for cancellations or rescheduling. Please review our Refund Policy below:

Full Refund for Cancellations:
Clients are eligible for a full refund if cancellations are made up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity.

Free Rescheduling:
Clients can reschedule their activity for free if the request is made up to 12 hours before the scheduled start.

Notification Methods:
Clients must inform us of cancellations or rescheduling requests through one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send an email to with your booking details and the request for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • WhatsApp/Phone: Reach out to us at +34 619 446 474 to communicate your cancellation or rescheduling request.

Confirmation of Refund or Rescheduling:
Canary WaterSports will confirm the cancellation or rescheduling via the same communication method used by the client (email, WhatsApp, or phone).

Cancellation due to Bad Weather:
Canary WaterSports reserves the right to cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions, and in such cases, a full refund will be issued.
